This stunning beachfront home, located in the exclusive private Holden Beach West community with gated access rights, sits on one of the quietest streets on the island. This 3-story, 6-bedroom, 5.5 bath property includes a very unique third-floor bedroom (accessible by a spiral staircase) and two separate living rooms all boasting breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal, and Marshes providing endless sunrises and sunsets. The home features an open inverted floor plan with spacious living areas and sweeping 270-degree views all accessible through an Elevator.  
  
The ground floor includes an enclosed garage making storing your beach gear a breeze. The first floor includes four bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and ample closet and storage space. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has a king bed and the other bedroom contains four twin beds. The first floor also includes an extra den area, which is perfect for kids and includes a large flat-screen TV, wet bar, beverage fridge, and sink. The second floor has a spacious living area, dining area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and extra-large pantry.   
  
On the second floor is also the true primary bedroom with a king bed and a stunning extra-large bathroom including a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The kitchen is a chef's dream with elevated finishes, a gas stove, and updated appliances. Enjoy meals for eight at the dining table with another 4 at the lovely kitchen bar. Dine al fresco while taking in the ocean views or enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the marsh across the street. On the third floor, you will find the last bedroom with full 360-degree panoramic views are phenomenal from this height! There is an a double bed, a twin trundle and a large desk so you can game or work from vacation while taking in the natural beauty of Holden Beach. All TVs in the home are smart TVs to be used for streaming your favorite shows!  
  
The outdoor space features large, oversized decks perfect for entertaining or relaxing, and direct access to the beach. The free-form pool area is a vacationers' dream and includes an outdoor shower and a unique sand/beach area – perfect for a game of cornhole. The owners spared no expense and even the boardwalk to the beach was designed to simplify your life is built without any steps and directly into the first-floor porch. A gas grill is provided for convenience as well as a high chair in the kitchen pantry. With its prime location and luxurious amenities, this beachfront home is the perfect retreat for those looking to escape to the coast and experience the ultimate in beach living.   
  
The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.  
  
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.  
  
This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.  
  
As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.   
  
This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers. Absolutely no pets nor smoking allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 17.
