Beautiful beach. Close, but not too close, to tons of great restaurants, shops and the boardwalk. We had great beach days. The pool was a nice alternative. We hiked the local state park, took the ferry on our drive to Calabash, and lunched in Wilmington. A generous selection of board games we took advantage of during rainy days. Something we weren't sure if we liked, but ended up being good with a preschooler: the lower level bedroom is the only access to the pool and beach access. Sometimes, when they weren't awake in the lower bedroom, we ended up walking the public beach access to get to the beach. It is literally right outside the front door, so not a big deal. We really appreciated a pet free property as an option. Kure Beach and surrounding area is so lovely, and we've only scratched the surface in the couple of years we've visited. ##### Sara B. Top of this is the excellent communication and planning by the host, Carolina Beach Reality! Kudos ! Secondly, the location is awesome on the beach with direct private access and a private pool! This is a million dollar property so everything in it suits it. Good there level layout. The property is technically a townhouse so it shares the driveway and the pool with the other unit but we had no issues with it. Our stay was awesome and we felt extraordinarily. On the criticism side we would only mention the lack of toilet paper and other assumed to be provided, but we had a back up.
