We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Leicester! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore Leicester. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leicester. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

The Novotel is easy to find arriving by car and only a short walk away from the centre of Leicester. Check-in was easy and staff helpful; I had already been sent a message advising about the car park. The room was very comfortable. The main nuisance was traffic noise from motorcycles; the noise from other vehicles was fairly quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Me and my 9 year old daughter enjoyed our stay at the hotel,and the staff were really helpful and the breakfast setup was reallt good and had a lot of variety. Will definitely stay in future.

Good location for shopping centre - food etc - when checking in at 4pm tv wasn’t working - called down to reception they said they would fix it . Cam back to the room at 10pm and TV still not working - called down again . Next morning I was able to unplug the system and then it started working - sadly this could have been done by maintenance when reported the 1st or 2nd time - disappointing !
