"Beautiful surrounds, gorgeous lobby, staff were so kind and hospitable. Buffet breakfast at Kunyit - amazing variety (I really enjoyed their Indonesian dishes). Room was perfect and comfortable - plush beds, hot showers, mini bar with drinks and snacks replenished for free. Numerous pools to choose from. Central location just a few metres from Discovery Mall, eateries and shops. So pleased that we stayed here this visit. Would love to come back here again."

"Good location for Kuta. Beach is only 5 minutes away, tons of restaurants to get to, tons of spa and shops near the hotel, all walking distance. The hotel itself is kinda tucked away in very narrow street from the main road but it’s all good because you are kinda away from the crowd. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of options to choose from. We stayed in a family room with adjoining rooms, inside there was a tent for my 6 year old to play in.. it was a perfect huge family room!"

"+ good breakfast spread; efficient and personable staff managing the breakfast + great spa; clean and reasonably priced + modern fittings and fixtures in the rooms + right next door to many stores (uniqlo, H&M etc), and close to many restaurants/coffee houses. + efficient check-in and check-out; they facilitated early check-in and late check-out + easy to arrange cabs from them, and their markup on the price is reasonable - the one thing that we weren't satisfied with was the dinner + cocktails at daily social. the old fashioned was mid. the food wasn't great either. the person serving us was aloof and disconnected. overall, except for that one negative experience, the rest was great, so i'd highly recommend."
