About this accommodation<br>Welcome to the front row by the lake! This two-room apartment in Villa Ottolini is located directly on Lake Maggiore and features a large terrace overlooking the lake. Our regular guests love this secluded location amidst beautiful, green surroundings with a panoramic view stretching all the way to the Borromean Islands. The apartment is spacious and comfortably furnished.<br>The accommodation<br>This bright and inviting apartment, featuring a large terrace facing the lake, is located on the ground floor of Villa Ottolini.<br><br>There is also another large breakfast terrace facing east, perfect for enjoying the first rays of morning sun.<br><br>The apartment features a beautiful living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room and bedroom both open onto the large terrace. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Parking is available directly at Villa Ottolini.<br>Guest access<br>In addition to the apartment, our guests have access to two lawns within the property. Around Villa Ottolini, there are additional green spaces as well as various access points to Lake Maggiore.<br>Additional Important Information<br>Life at Villa Ottolini is on the quieter side. You won’t find mass tourism here; instead, the small town of Arolo offers a taste of typical Italian life. Still, you won’t have to go without anything. For example, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the restaurant. We offer a bread roll delivery service; you can rent a SUP from us; and if you have a motorboat, the small harbour has a spot available for rent right at the dock. A scheduled ferry runs nearby to all the attractions around the lake, and in the evening, you can watch the sunset from the terrace. Have fun!
