### Villa Sappho - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

This characterful villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, two shower rooms and a spacious, open-plan living area, perfect for up to six guests. Outdoors, the expansive terrace is home to a large pool, plenty of comfortable seating and sun loungers. The beach and a few restaurants can be found within easy walking distance, with supermarkets and the resort centre of Sivota accessible by just a short drive.   
 To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has both step and ladder access. Inside, there are 2 steps from the kitchen to the lounge. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 73cm, whilst the shower room door is 64cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 90cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 120cm wide. \*Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
