### Villa 'Nimbus Villas' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The villa Nimbus Villas, which is situated in Karya Lefkada, overlooks the Ionian Sea. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This villa features a fenced pool, garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower for a relaxing vacation experience.  
A mini market and a number of restaurants are within walking distance. Furthermore, the Rachi restaurant and the Amente bar can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes by car.  
2 parking spaces are available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street.  
Families with children are welcome.  
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.  
There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.
