The breathtaking view to the famous islands of Ithaca, Atokos, Arkoudi bathed in the turquoise water, the summer sun, the History of the place; No other villas in Lefkada have the unique advantage of offering this magnificent view and being so close to the village. It is only 15 minutes walking distance ( 1 km ) where you can find many bars, tavernas, souvenirs and watch the never ending come and go of the numerous yachts. Completely autonomous, with a private parking area, each with 110sqm built in two levels, large verantas overlooking the swimming pool and a total private land of about 800 sqm for each villa. What a splendid way to spend your holidays! You have to be there… Amphitheater built in a lush grove of simple materials, stone and wood, the Ionian Sea gaze giving the feeling, the hours of sunset, the sea that embraces the sun.
