"Villa Kastro" with Sea View, Private Pool, Garden and Balcony

Villa Kastro is a two level, stone house with an entrance hall, living room, kitchen and balcony with an open view of the sea from the upper level. The three bedrooms on the lower level are equipped with a flat screen TV, air conditioning, spacious wardrobes and a veranda that boasts a view of the deep blue sea, even when you are lying in bed. They can accommodate up to 8 people.



All bedrooms come with a shower, with glass cabins, fancy furniture, with drawers and all the necessary accessories to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The upper floor has a wooden ceiling, it consists of a living room, with fireplace, toilet, kitchen with integrated electronic appliances such as, refrigerator, cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing and drying machine.

It also features a 42 inch TV, CD, DVD player, HI-FI sound system and a play station.



The three verandas with atrium offer a dazzling view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances such as an espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, steamer, cookware and utensils, an iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. Four terraced levels make for spacious outdoor areas with stone paths, lawns and parking space for at least four cars.



In front of the upper level there is also a 250 square meter area around the pool, covered with anti-slip tiles where you can relax on sunbeds, a swing seat convertible (into a bed), garden salon and sip a nice drink at the pool bar. The infinity pool dimensions 5x10x3, 20 with a diving board and glass tiles where the overflowing becomes one with the deep blue.
