With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this property accommodates up to four guests. The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen with everything from an oven to a dishwasher in addition to a cosy, comfortable lounge with air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.
Through the patio doors, the outdoor terrace area boasts a private swimming pool and landscaped garden framed by sun loungers. Sun seekers will enjoy ample sunshine from sunrise to sunset at Villa Averto Irene while those who seek fun in the sun can spend the days exploring nearby attractions. The outdoor dining facilities are a great way to bring the entire family together after another day spent on this charming Greek island.
To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 170cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a step down to the lawn area. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. The master double bedroom door is 78cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 66cm wide.
