    We welcome you in our house. Enjoy the rural tranquility in the typical holiday region Ostfriesland. The ground floor, 110sqm accommodation has its own carport for your car. The accessible house includes a bright large living room with separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, storage room with washing machine and dryer. On the invisible terrace you have the opportunity in fresh country air, under a clear starry sky, watching the cows graze in the distance, to end the day. Garden furniture and barbecue are available.
    For the children invites a climbing frame with swing and slide, as well as a sandbox on a fenced plot to play.

    It is a Non smoking house.

    The house is located in the district Logafeld, about 10 minutes by car from the city of Leer.
    Shops are also nearby and easy to reach by bike.

    Due to the central location and motorway connection you can explore Ostfriesland and the East Frisian Islands as a day trip.
    If you like cycling, you are exactly right. We live in the middle of the Fehn and Dollardroute. The Fehnroute leads 165 km through Ostfriesland, Cloppenburg and the Emsland. As well as the dollar route with 206 km over Leer, Emsland and the province of Groningen.

    Among other things, the Papenburger Meyerwerft, where all known luxury liners are built, may be of interest to you.
    For the nature lovers, the Leeraner Wall hedges are certainly worth seeing.

    There is a lot more to see, make yourself a picture of our beautiful Ostfriesland, during a vacation in the country Leer.

    We are a pure dairy farm under construction, you are welcome to visit the farm after consultation with our staff.

Das Ferienhaus ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Für Kinder und Hund hervorragend. Milch gibt es vom Hof nebenan und Eier gab es von der Vermieterin. Es liegt sehr zentral und doch ländlich und sehr ruhig. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir durften auch später auschecken als beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus war toll, es war alles da, was man so braucht. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen ländlichen Gegend. Geschäfte sind trotzdem schnell zu erreichen. Für uns war es genau das richtige! Es gab auf dem anliegenden Milchbetrieb täglich frische Milch, dort waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und haben unseren Kindern viele Fragen beantwortet. Die Jungs könnten sich den Hof ausgiebig anschauen und sogar bei der Geburt zweier Kälbchen dabei sein. Wer also Erholung sucht und keinen Tourismus um sich haben will ist hier richtig.

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Und der eingezäunte Garten ist klasse. Der Kontakt mit Frau Beckering war hervorragend. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben sogar frische Eier bekommen und hätten uns auch täglich frische Milch vom Hof nebenan holen dürfen. Alles in allem kann man die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Natur pur für Mensch und Tier

Lage direkt neben ein Bauernhof den man auch besichtigen darf. Reichlich Platz und schöne Terrasse . Eingegrenztes Gelände super für Hunde. Küche sehr gut bestückt . Sehr nette Vermieterin. Gut zu finden und reichlich kostenfreie Parkplätze!Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.

Den Aufenthalt haben wir genossen, die Kommunikation mit der hilfsbereiten Vermieterin war super. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, alles funktionierte. Der Außenbereich (Eingangsbereich und Terrasse) könnte allerdings sauberer und gepflegter sein.

Schöner Urlaub in ländlicher Umgebung

Wir haben mit unserem Hund einen schönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Sofa und Betten sehr bequem. Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt. Viele ruhige Wanderwege und kleine Wälder in der Nähe.

2. Urlaub in dieser Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man sich auch bei Regenwetter gut aufhalten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und in die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und etwas ausserhalb von Leer. Kurzum es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Geräumig und gut eingerichtet

Das Haus ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt im Grünen, aber nicht abgelegen. Das Einkaufszentrum Ems Park ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Lage ist allerdings nicht so ruhig, wie man meinen könnte. Der benachbarte Bauernhof verursacht oft eine ziemliche Geräuschkulisse, an manchen Tagen schon ab 6 Uhr morgens.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt wie schon im letzten Jahr wieder genießen können. Einkaufszentren und die Innenstadt von Leer sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Der Empfang und die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ländlicher Lage

Das Ferienhaus Schwalbennüst ist ein sehr schönes geräumiges Haus, das von der Besitzerin liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war gerade Erntezeit für den Futtermais. Ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis zu sehen wie die Ladungen in den vorbereiteten Mieten verteilt und verfestigt wurden.obwohl wir selbst ländlich wohnen, hatten wir dies noch nie gesehen. Lieben Dank an an die freundliche Vermieterin.

Tolles Haus mit tollem Garten

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft - schön groß, der Garten ist eine Wucht. Viel Platz und gut ausgestattete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Die täglichen Besuche bei den Kälbchen, Kühen und Kätzchen waren für die Kinder das absolute Highlight! Vielen Dank auch an den Mitarbeiter, der immer Zeit hatte um Fragen zu beantworten und zu erzählen! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich auch bei unvorhergesehenen Situationen und hilft wo sie kann!

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in ländlicher Umgebung

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Bereits vor unserer Ankunft rief uns Frau Beckering an um uns über eine Baustelle im Emstunnel zu informieren. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Auch haben wir uns sehr über die Milch gefreut, die man kostenlos auf dem Bauernhof nebenan bekommt.

Tolle Auszeit, spitzen Vermieterin

Wir waren 5 Tage hier. Der Kontakt vor der Anreise mit Frau Beckering war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommenden. Die Anreise problemlos. Sie hat sogar angerufen und uns über einen Stau informiert und eine alternative Route zur Anfahrt empfohlen. Das Haus haben wir sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Ein Grill stand bereit und so Sachen wie Backpapier etc. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zum wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Direkt nebenan weiden die Kühe vom Hof der Vermieterin. Täglich kann man kostenlos frische Milch holen und den Betrieb besichtigen und alle Fragen stellen. Frau Beckering hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Absolute Empfehlung!!

Gut gewohnt ist halb erholt

Die Ferienwohnung/-haus war sehr geräumig und einladend. Direkt neben einem Milchviehbetrieb. Das hatte etwas vom Landleben mit Kühen, Kälbchen und Katzen. Den Stall konnte man sich nach Absprache anschauen, was sehr interessant war. Das Highlight war neben den Katzenbabys und Kälbchen das morgendliche Milchholen direkt vom Bauern. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Die Prospekte die im Ferienhaus auslagen boten etwas für Groß und Klein, gerade wenn man mal so ganz spontan Urlaub macht wie wir. Das war sehr hilfreich. Einkaufsläden waren auch schnell zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wenn wir mal wieder in die Gegend kommen sollten, würden wir wieder buchen.
