The room was nice and spacious, The carpet was uneven and old, could be changed but overall the room was cleaned properly. Most hotels have shower caps and lotions these days, it would have been nice to have one.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Leonardo Hotel. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

I had two rooms booked, and the experience started badly from the moment we arrived. During check-in, the manager was already arguing with someone on the phone, which was unprofessional and did not create a good first impression. Although we paid an early check-in fee, we were given the worst room. The sink was broken, and there was even a dirty sock left in the room, which clearly showed that it had not been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, I accidentally left a pair of gold stud earrings on the bedside table. When I contacted the hotel, I was repeatedly told that the relevant staff member was not on shift. Despite calling numerous times, I received no meaningful response or assistance, and the earrings have apparently “never been seen again.” The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete failure to deal with a lost property report made this an extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My room was comfortable and reasonably spacious, but had cobwebs around the window, the bathroom smelt musty and the air-conditioning was broken. Breakfast wasn't the best quality, but had most of what you'd want in a hotel buffet. I stayed here for to proximity to meetings, however the same money could have gone much much further within a few minutes walk. I wouldn't stay here again.

The parking situation is a disgrace. The details for the parking on Google and on set booking sites do not correlate and in fact the car park does not exist. You then call the hotel and it’s one of their main hotlines for parking location. They say it’s ten mins walk - it’s not. Then when you get to reception to put your registration plate in the paper says it takes 8 mins. So what you hear on the phone and in person is not the same and the reality is it takes you 12 mins walking briskly. The lady I dealt with was very good and understood the issues, but I’d never have booked this hotel had I known how bad the parking is and the hotels lies. Then at the bar they didn’t have some of the drinks and the appliances had gone down earlier on in the day. Lovely staff, but not a good experience.
