The hotel itself is great
The location is right in the heart of the city with a lot of bars/nightclubs outside. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and got no sleep until the clubs closed. We may as well have been in them the music and noise was soooo loud. They don’t close until after 5am !!!!
Some might like that but I now very sleep deprived - don’t book here if you need a nights sleep
If you can go without then it’s a great hotel
Great hotel. Very clean, all staff were very friendly, service was excellent, breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very nicely done and very comfortable. We will 100% look at staying with this brand again.
Super hotel with super welcome! Great location in central Leeds. Friendly staff, clean room, we had a room with 2 double beds and still enough space. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Leeds.
10 mins from the station and Central for the town centre. We went to the arena which was around a 15 min walk so very convenient all round.
A lovely hotel
Excellent breakfast and very good hotel all round.
Only down side was the bin men at just after 5am outside my open window moving and emptying the refuse!! Has to be done but irritating at that time of day.
This is a lovely clean hotel with exceptional staff in a central leeds location. The only negative I have is the toilets in the reception/ bar area were communal which I found uncomfortable. As a woman, it did not feel a safe space and, although I had no problems, I couldn't imagine letting my daughter go in alone
Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame as the rooms were really lovely and ckean (we booked an upgrade so expected much better and quieter night). Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Would I stay again?.No. Didn't get a wink of sleep for the noise outside.

Nice and modern hotel . Only issue we had was lack of sleep due to hotel fire alarm went off around 5 am and had to evaluate the hotel for a good hour until staff members tried to turn it off and the fire service to arrive.
Lovely clean and modern hotel very close to the train station. Hotel is unfortunately situated near a night club so there was thumping music going on until 3am. Breakfast was really nice and the staff lovely.
Hotel itself was lovely and restaurant great. Plenty of breakfast choice. Well situated to walk into town centre as only a 2min walk and only 5mins from station.
The reception staff all great and very helpful.
Only problem we had were in the room itself and could be a one off in that specific room (305) where the plumbing on the toilet didn’t work properly and the television kept fuzzing over.Hopefully they are things that can be fixed as the rest of room and shower fab.
Staff are amazing all customer focussed and nothing was too much trouble. Close to city centre and rail station. Room was clean and had lots of amenities, could not really open curtails as the view was not so good, looking onto other windows in close proximity and had glaze over bottom of window, which might not bother some guests but we do prefer a view when in hotel rooms (this was room 301). Food was delicious and service faultless. Definitely would return but would ask for different room.
