An elevator goes to the second floor, but half the rooms are not accessible by elevator. One has to ride up to 2; then down a stairway to 1; then up another stairway to 2. I understand that the configuration of this old building does not accommodate an elevator to all the second floor rooms; however, that she be made clear in Orbitz' dscription of the hotel."

Then he wanted a EUR 300 security deposit to my card, it did not work after searching 2 mins for the card machine. I gave him 300 in cash, he said "not acceptable". Then he tried another 5 mins to refund it via the non working card. My card worked before and after every time. I had to look for another hotel. My prepayment was not refunded as promised. I contacted Expedia, there is still no refund."
