- Charming house recently renovated, located in a quiet and well served area of Lecce, where you can park your car for free, reach the historic center on foot in 10 minutes or the fantastic beaches of Torre Chianca by bus or car in just 10 minutes.
The house is on two levels, an open space mezzanine floor, characterized by 4 fantastic star vaults, divided into a large living area, an attic with musical instruments (handmade classical guitars and keyboard), a large dining room, a comfortable kitchen overlooking a large veranda connected to a fantastic equipped garden.
On the first floor of the structure there are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 verandas, optimal solution to accommodate groups of friends or families.
