In the heart of Lecce

The accommodation was central to the historic centre, close to lots of great restaurants, bars and interesting sights. The suite was spacious and well presented. We did have to deal with a couple of cockroaches who had made their way into the property. The proprietor isn’t on site and we tried to contact them through the Hotels.com app with no response.

The 2 bed apartment was amazing - even though in the basement (with stairs) incredibly spacious - couldn't use the kettle but that wasn't a big deal - breakfast was OK but the location was pefect

Lovely spot. Right in the centre of the historic area. Very pleasant staff. Would definitely stay again. Shower would be a bit tight for a larger person. I am 100 kgs (220 lbs), and much bigger would be quite tight.

Location was great. Lay out of room was nice. But- rest was a great disappointment.Sheets were very rough. Pillows flat. Blanket almost as thin as sheets. .No Internet connection. Was told someone would be by in a few minutes. No one ever showed up. Two days without Internet. So-called. “Breakfast” was just some preschool sized juice boxes, packages of dried toast and yogurt.

Struttura molto bella suite molto ben arredata e pulitissima. Posizione eccezionale in pieno centro storico. Colazione servita in camera con ciò che volete cornetti pasticciotti cappuccino tutto buonissimo. I propritari molto cordiali e disponibili. Per il parcheggio ce ne sono nelle vicinanze 10 minuti a piedi piu di uno custoditi.

L’Hotel est très bien situé, parfait pour visiter la ville. Nous nous sommes garés en bas de la ville ( environ 15€) pour la nuit et milieu de matinée.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza causata dalla presenza di scarafaggi all’interno dell’appartamento. Abbiamo prenotato per 6 notti e sin dalla prima notte abbiamo visto gli scarafaggi Comunicato alla proprietà, che è intervenuta in modo tempestivo la mattina seguente con una pulizia accurata , la sera seguente è ricapitato il problema Ovviamente la proprietà si è scusata dicendo causa temperature elevate, disinfestazione in ritardo da parte del comune questo problema non poteva essere evitato. Naturalmente ci si aspetta il contrario e visto come pubblicizzano gli appartamenti non dovrebbe capitare affatto. Al di là delle scuse e di averci offerto un’altra sistemazione dopo la seconda notte ( la suite) abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’appartamento per i seguenti motivi: 1 dopo la prima notte abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera e ci è stato detto che non cambiava nulla perché le camere sono allo stesso livello, salvo poi offrirci la suite come detto sopra 2 inizialmente hanno mostrato stupore al fatto degli scarafaggi ma poi parlandoci hanno dato la colpa al comune. 3 per le restanti notti (4) il problema non sarebbe stato sicuramente risolto Abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’appartamento, ma con la scusa che abbiamo avuto una tariffa agevolata perché non rimborsabile, non ci è stato riconosciuto nulla delle 4 notti non godute
