SETTING: The property offers a serene, scenic setting on Lake Travis, with views of the cliffs at Paleface Park (also known as Pace Bend Park). WATERFRONT: Villa Soleil is located at the 27-mile marker on Lake Travis, providing deep-water access for various water activities. Even during the 2013 drought, the dock remained afloat in deep water. A local boat service may be able to deliver watercraft directly to the dock, which is easily accessible via a wide, 5-foot concrete walkway. BOAT DOCK: The private boat dock features a single covered slip, capable of accommodating up to a 23-foot direct drive boat, along with two personal watercraft. There are electric lifts for the boat and watercraft. Fishing is great right from the dock! THE ULTIMATE LAKEHOUSE: Villa Soleil offers the perfect environment for large gatherings of friends and family, whether you’re water skiing, swimming, or fishing right off the dock. HOUSE INFORMATION AND RULES OUTDOOR CAMERAS: For security, there are two outdoor cameras: Driveway Camera: Monitors the driveway area. Pool Equipment Camera: Oversees the pool control area, but not the pool/spa. We prioritize your privacy and will not monitor other areas of the property. INSTANT BOOKING: Before making an instant booking, guests please message the owner to address any questions and confirm that your group will adhere to the property’s house rules. This step will ensure your credit card is not charged until we confirm everything. A signed lease agreement is required before arrival. RENTAL POLICIES: Weddings are not permitted. The maximum group size is 14 people, including daytime visitors who are not staying overnight. Groups consisting mostly or entirely of individuals under the age of 35 are not allowed. For groups of all adults, the maximum occupancy is 10 people. The owner reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the guest increases the number of occupants after booking, even if the updated number remains within the maximum occupancy limit of 14 for Villa Soleil. From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—actually, even better. The home was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Access to the lake was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our days swimming in our private pool, relaxing in the hot tub on cool evenings, playing pickleball, and watching sunrises and sunsets from the well-appointed deck. Really enjoyed our stay here with our friends and kids and had a great time in the pool and on the lake! Love the openness of the kitchen and the living room area. We were there with our adult children and their spouses. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Jacque was great at communicating and available to answer any questions I had during our stay. This property is absolutely gorgeous! The patio, courts, lake, and pool are everything! We spent most of our time outside. The setup with the main bedrooms on the same floor as kitchen, living room, game room was perfect for our very active group. We loved the pool, hot tub and all the activities/things to do. My family and I had an amazing trip. The views were very nice! I come from a family of restaurant owners and we were all really impressed with the availability of all the cookware. The pool was set at a nice temperature and the jacuzzi was very spacious. The beds were cozy & comfortable. Took my son and a group of his friends down for a golf trip and stayed here. It can’t imagine a better place for us in the evenings. Lots of activities for the group of 24 year olds and a very comfortable and clean home for the 55 year old to lay his head. Will definitely be back with the rest of my family! We all had a great day, swimming, playing pickleball and at night pool and shuffle board. We knew this was not an ideal time for weather but the timing worked well for us. Our host was very helpful and the home was as advertised.The kitchen has two dishwashers and refrigerators and is stocked with necessary tools to eat in.We truly enjoyed the pickleball court and all of the games were a huge family hit.There is a large area and table for eating outdoors on the deck above the pool and plenty of tv’s if want to catch a ballgame or two.Thank you to our host Jackie! ##### Michael H. Our group of 9 adults had a wonderful time at this house. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and the amenities were perfect. We definitely appreciated the dual dishwashers and refrigerators, no issues with food storage or cleanup! The hot tub was also great to have on a chilly Feb night. My family and extended family truly enjoyed the outdoors, nature, views, water, deer visits but also the fully equipped house. Large vacation rentals should always have multiple kitchen eating areas (indoor/outdoor) this location also had multiple kitchen appliances - 2 of everything!!! We also enjoyed basketball, pickleball, pool, dock, pool table, ping pong, etc. This location allowed us to enjoy family, eat/drink, rest, exercise and relax! ##### Lauren B. The house is just as advertised. Very clean, well equipped, all the amenities. Plenty of fridge space, every kitchen utensil you could ask for, gas grill, and your choice of indoor/outdoor dining. If you rent a boat you can even get dockside pick up. Jackie is very responsive answering any questions you have while you're there as well. ##### Ryan B. But there were discrepancies on check-in and check-out. Listing had one time and owner sent me different items direct. This is the strictest house we’ve stayed and even had to sign a rental agreement with my DL and everyone’s name and numbers staying in the house.
