This tranquil space offers a semi kitchen, a peaceful ambiance, and the perfect balance between privacy and comfort. We share the main entrance. I live on the second floor and you guys will have whole first floor. Guests can use the living area with a TV (amazon prime and Youtube) and the dining area with a - \* Kitchen\*\*: Enjoy the convenience of a kitchen equipped with essential amenities, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Guests can access back yard and patio. I am available 24/7 for your requirements, feel free to text anytime. I can help with anything within my range or stuff I got. Beautiful area to enjoy. 5 minutes to beach marina Leamington Boat Ferry. Ten minutes drive to Point Pelee National Park. Many wineries to enjoy wine tasting. Unique down town of with many Mexican food and many choices of family restaurants. Enjoy our next little charming little town of Kingville. It's only 10 minutes away. Enjoy the many restaurant and boutiques in this area. Leamington is very easy to get around by car NOTE: We do not have a separate entrance for this space. We've taken every effort to create a comfortable and respectful environment for our guests. Point Peele Haven Retreat was was an excellent decision for us.The Property made an excellent basecamp for us. It's location was close to amenities so we could preapare for a picnic in the park.It also had two spacious confotable bedrooms, and a comfortable couch that handled the four of us with lots of room to stretch out.Vik and Monika were winderful hosts who understand service and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and happy.I would love to return to the region, and would hope the location is available to stay at again. ##### Kevin M.
