  • Waterfront property located on West Prong of Frio River just 9 miles North of Leakey, Texas . Central Air and Heat for Summer and Winter comfort. Fully stocked kitchen. BBQ Pit, Fire Pit, Wi-Fi, dedicated home phone land line, washer/dryer, coffee pot/maker, Keurig, Smart TV, and pull-out sofa sleeper. All linens provided. Plenty of parking to bring your trailered UTV/Golf Cart/Motorcycle to go exploring. Picnic Table under covered front patio. Enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, shopping, hanging out in the River, or doing nothing at all while enjoying the peaceful country setting. Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park, Wineries, and daily River tubing trips located nearby within easy scenic driving distance. River is located directly in front of property and approximately 1 minute walk to water. Hear the water flowing from the porch. Perfect for small children. Bring your food and drinks and enjoy.
