There will be an additional $50 fine if pets were brought to the property without notifying us. Due to an allergy one of our staff has, we are unable to host cats. This room is dog friendly, not cat friendly. \*\* Newly renovated, 1 bedroom with a small living room. Located at downtown Leadville. Walking distance to brewery, restaurants, museums, trails, skiing and everything Leadville has to offer. Come stay with us and soak in the hot tub! You will have the entire unit to your self. This includes 1 bedroom, 1 small kitchen/living room and 1 bathroom. The unit also includes TVs with direct TV services, a small couch and coffee table to hangout. Kitchen provides basic cookware, utensils, cups, coffee, kettle for tea and a french press coffee maker. Towels and bathroom essentials are provided, this is a stand up shower with a bath tub. We have a private parking lot where guests can park. NO TRAILER FOR THIS UNIT. The parking space is not big enough for a trailer. If you have a trailer, there's plenty of street parking, or you can book Cabin A (you can find it under my profile), which has enough parking space for truck and trailer parking. We do our best to plow the parking lot, but when it snows, inevitably it will become slippery, please be careful walking in the parking lot. No smoking is allowed on the property inside or outside. If you need to smoke, feel free to go to the sidewalk next to the property. You will have access to a shared hot tub. The hot tub is shared with one other unit. Hot Tub hours are between 7:30am-10pm. PLEASE NOTE, NO LOUD MUSIC AT HOT TUB AREA. QUIET HOURS FROM 7:30PM-10:00PM. NOT OBSERVING HOT TUB RULES WILL RESULT IN YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCLED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND. We are right on the main street of Leadville. Two Mile Hi brewery is right across the street. There is also a gas station across the street providing basic services. We love High Mountain Pies, they have amazing pizza and wings, Tennessee Pass Café has one of the best brussels sprouts in town, they also have some delicious burgers/sandwich. If you are a meat eater, check out Qincys, their bacon wrapped fillet mignon is on point....they also serve prime ribs on weekends. All these restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk away. We love chatting with our guests and do the best we can to ensure our guests have a great experience! But we also want to respect if you want your personal space. Just don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything or have any questions! If you want to check out down town Leadville, it's a short 5-10 minutes walk. We are also close to a bunch of trail heads and ski resorts. We'd recommend a car if you want to enjoy the 100 miles + trail system in Leadville or go shred at the skiing resorts. We are conveniently located at the heart of Leadville. Walking distance to brewery, restaurants, Tabor Opera House and everything Leadville has to offer. We are surrounded by 14ers that waiting for you to conquer. Snowmobiling, hiking, snows shoeing, skiing, snowboarding, off-roading, mountain biking trails are all within a short 10 minute drive away! Any violation of the following house rules may result in cancellations of the reservation without a refund. 1\. Please notify us if you are bringing a pet, there is a pet fee of $40 per pet per stay. There will be an additional 50 dollar fine if we found pets were brought to the property without notifying us. 2\. Due to insurance limitations, we cannot accommodate Pitbull, Rottweiler and German Shepherd. For other breeds, if your dog ever shows any signs of aggression, or scars any other guests, we have the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 3\. Only guests indicated in the reservation are allowed on the property, we want to ensure everyone has a nice and quiet space to rest. 4\. Never leave your pet alone in the room, there are a few doggie daycares within 5 minutes drive. 5\. No parties allowed, quiet hours from 9pm-7am. 6\. As much as we love cats, unfortunately, one of our staff members is allergic to cats, so we are not able to have cats in our rooms. 8\. The hot tub is shared with one other unit. Great location to downtown, well stocked kitchen, the hot tub was amazing! Short walk down to main street, with quaint shops and good selection of eateries. The welcome bag was a great touch! Easy stroll to downtown and access to in town bike trails is a bonus. The cabin was cute and clean, perfect for two people. We loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of snow shoeing. Location is perfect and easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. Hot tub was a huge plus, but would recommend having towels for the hot tub or bringing your own. Cabin was cleaned and cutely decorated. Property can be a bit decieving from the outside. In reality it is a cozy property with absolutely everything you need for your stay. Going above and beyond you are greeted with pop and water in the fridge, a little "care package" on the counter and a well equipped fridge. I truly felt she cared that our stay was perfect in every way. Great little escape that was not too far from resort towns, but without the high prices. The hot tub was great, and my friend was able to relax in the hot tub alone and enjoy some stars. My dogs were welcomed and did great. It was very clean, quiet and well furnished. The bed was so comfortable too. It had a nice little gift bag and complimentary drinks. Absolutely lovely and great getaway. We will be back for sure! ##### Sheila W. We did utilize the hot tub which was clean, easy to use, very private. The bed was really comfortable, the rest of the unit well stocked with anything you might need, the hosts were very friendly. The one thing I have to add is don't judge a book by it's cover. When we pulled up to the designated parking spot for our unit, we were skeptical. Once you get past that, the unit itself is super cute and very comfortable.
