The Neighborhood:
You're one block off Harrison Avenue, Leadville's historic Main Street, in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's a 5-minute walk to shops, coffee, and restaurants, and about the same to the Healy House Museum. Leadville is the highest incorporated city in North America at 10,150 ft, ringed by Colorado's two tallest peaks. In winter, Ski Cooper is 15 minutes away and Copper Mountain 30; in summer, trailheads, Turquoise Lake, and Twin Lakes are all a short drive.
Getting Around:
Bring your car — there's usually plenty of free street parking right in front of the house on West 4th Street. Downtown Leadville is walkable from the door: 5 minutes to Harrison Avenue shops and restaurants. Ski Cooper is a 15-minute drive, Copper Mountain 30 minutes, and Leadville sits right on Highway 24 for easy access to Vail, Buena Vista, and the I-70 corridor.

Such a cool spot right next to Leadville. I stayed here for the Leadville 100 run camp and was only 2 blocks from where we would meet every morning. The place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Beautiful, charming house, clean, kitchen with items like olive and coconut oil, coffee, tea and very good spices. Mountain View’s. Comfortable bed. There are also 2 monitors that were excellent to work. We loved the house.
The place was nice and the host was awesome responding to any questions right away. We liked everything about the place and location with the mountain views clear to see. The description states a fireplace/wood stove in the pictures which we looked forward to but it's locked and can't be used. That could be mentioned in the description The furniture wasn't very comfortable and is a bit old, and we spent quite a bit of time there so that was a little bothersome, but suited the purpose. There were two computer screens but no instructions or details about what they were for such as gaming etc and I think some board games and playing cards would be a nice touch. We flew in from CT so bringing things like that wasn't possible. It has plenty of storage and the kitchen was fully equipped. Overall we would recommend this host.
This is a decent sized vacation rental with eclectic decor. Great location within walking distance to multiple restaurants and downtown area. Street parking is ample. The place has plenty of amenities and is very comfortable. My only critical feedback was that the couch was quite dirty under the cushions and needs a vacuum. And it would be great if that couch were had a pull out bed in it. You could easily accommodate a small family in this rental with an extra bed. Maybe some coat hooks at the front door would be handy as well. Thanks so much for a great holiday! Would definitely stay here again!
Perfect location! Had everything we needed. Loved the kitchen and heated water on demand. Shower was very comfy! Nice to have washer and dryer. Very roomy too!
The property was amazing very clean. My partner and I were able to get into the house with no problems and able to use all the amenities as well. We will staying here in future if it is available!
We love this house. It is so awesome and in a perfect location. The vies of Mt Elbert and Mt Massive from the front door will take your breath away. It is a short walk to downtown and restaurants. A short drive to the trailheads, if you are hiking. We loved this house and hope to stay in it again next year.
Great spot. Perfect location. Combination of both old and new. Everything as described. Very clean. Fantastic shower. Incredibly easy check in and check out process. Great spot to work from with reliable internet.
