  • This newly built cabin is located in a master-planned community in Powder House Pass, in Lead, SD. Cabin is just minutes away from Terry Peak Ski area a nd Historic Deadwood. "Off the Beaten Path, on a Paved Road", is the motto for this easy-access community that includes entrance to the Michelson Trail, snowmobile trails, and ATV trails. This cabin is perfect for large groups or families, looking to spend time together and enjoy the outdoors. All roads are paved. The cabin is spacious 4 bedroom/2bath with large windows overlooking beautiful aspen trees in the backyard with double attached heated garage. The cabin has a large hot tub, large covered deck with patio furniture, back patio with propane fire pit. All occupants have access to community club house with year around a heated pool, pool table, and outdoor propane fire pits. ATV rentals close by! Cabin is located just minutes from Deadwood/lead, Terry Peak, Michelson Trail, snowmobile trails, and ATV trails. You are able to ride snowmobiles and ATV from the cabin. Plenty of parking for trailers.
