Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm. 2\. It is a \`must\` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. For noise complaints: 8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out. 8.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 9\. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property, such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission. 10\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning. 11\. The Host is not responsible for items left behind.
