  • Welcome to the Cotin des Cordiers 1, charming F3 completely renovated, located in the heart of the Cordiers district, with ITS PARKING space (very rare, paid parking at Les Cordiers at 30€ on weekends and 50€ during the week) and its private terrace out of sight, with a view of the cliff.

    Ideally located: 100m from the funicular, 200m walk from the beach, 350m from the casino, 100m from the Quai François 1er with its shops and restaurants.

    Wifi available (fibre)

    Single-storey apartment, with private entrance, located on the ground floor of a small condominium of 4 apartments (each apartment has its own private entrance).

    It has been completely renovated with quality materials.

    It is composed of an entrance, a living room with 140cm TV (Netflix included) and dining area that can accommodate 5 guests, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, TASSIMO pod machine etc.), a bathroom with large walk-in shower and two bedrooms.

    The 1st bedroom includes a 160*200 box spring bed with a top-of-the-range SIMMONS mattress. A chest of drawers and a desk area complete the set.

    The 2nd bedroom includes a bunk bed that can accommodate children and adults up to 90kg, thanks to its generous dimensions: 90*200.
    In addition, a trundle bed is also available.PGJyPg
    Linen is provided and the beds will be made on arrival (except for the trundle bed, the sheets of which will be under the chest of the bed in bedroom 1).

    Attention: bath linen not provided. Possible as an OPTION: €5 per person.

    To complete the set: a beautiful terrace with a view of the cliff and equipped with a dining area and deckchairs.

    Also available: a high-performance washer-dryer.

    The little extra: a grocery base is present in the accommodation and a surprise for our youngest travellers.

    NOTICE TO PET OWNERS: our animal friends are welcome, but to respect the comfort of all travellers, they are strictly forbidden to climb on the beds and sofa (a deduction of 100€ from the deposit will be made in case of breach)

Superbe appartement récemment rénové. Dans un quartier calme mais près de la mer, port de pêche, Mers les Bains à pied. Le plus : le parking privé devant l’appartement. Nous recommandons ce logement.
