    It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 84 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

    - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

    1st floor
    - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
    - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
    - Bathroom with shower and WC

    2nd floor
    - Bedroom 3: with two single beds (which can be made into a double bed) and a bunk bed

    Outside
    - A beautiful 90 m² enclosed garden
    - A 25 m² east-facing terrace with a sheltered area and furniture to enjoy the fine weather

    The house is ideally located in Eu, in a semi-pedestrianised street in the historic town centre, a stone's throw from the château and the collegiate church. You'll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Eu is a charming, authentic medieval town, and this property is right in the centre. However, free parking is very close by. Cycling routes to nearby Le Treport and Mers-les-Bains on the coast, were excellent 20 mins away. Restaurants in town and at the coast were wonderful and suited all ranges price wise. The town's historic Chateau and Abby were stunning, and the many water features added to the appeal. Two excellent boulangeries were moments away. The property itself was possibly the highest standard we have encountered in France. Recently modernised, but with some wonderful original features shown off here and there. The second toilet was appreciated with 4 adults staying. The garden was secluded and sunny. The wood burner was a lovely touch, which we used on the first night just to make it feel snug. We would highly recommend this property for a couple or a family looking to experience a lovely part of Normandie. Thanks you

Superbe maison fidèle à la description avec une procédure d'arrivée et de départ au top. Petit bémol : une clef pour 8 personnes c'est peu.. Mais je recommande vivement!
