Very nice stay in Au Pays des Marées

We have had an amazing week in Au Pays des Marées. The house is amazing and luxurious. A lot of space and you have all that you need. The pool is great for playing and swimming lanes. A very peaceful surrounding, with lots of cute towns nearby. The place breathes peace and quiet, so maybe not the best place to go with little kids, because you feel like you need to keep them quiet.

Great location.

A wonderful gite (spacious, great kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas. The pool area is great with loungers, heated pool and lovely gardens. In the outside world there are great beaches in reach by car or bike. Many restaurants. Lovely old towns.

Prima huis. Ligt centraal bij steden en kust. Alles aanwezig. Prachtig zwembad op temperatuur!!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit goed geoutilleerde huis met zwembad. Temperatuur van het water is 27°, hetgeen het aan het einde van de zomer nog lekkerder maakte. Het huis ligt dicht bij Vannes (30 min) en dicht bij de kust. Prima restaurants in de buurt. Het huis is top.

Logements dans un cadre végétal agréable et calme, avec piscine

Avons apprécié la tranquillité de la location, son emplacement parfait pour explorer les environs, ses équipements (cuisine, tv, wifi,..) son cadre végétal (entouré de plantes, bambous, palmiers, ... ) sympa pour les vacances, sa piscine (où nous avons eu la chance de ne quasiment jamais croiser les vacancier des 2 autres locations). Parking et site fermé par portail. Une Bonne boulangerie à proximité, commerce et restos pas loins. Seuls petits défauts : des mauvaises odeurs parfois dans la salle de bains pas assez ventilée (peut être avec les fortes chaleurs...) et difficile de ventiler le logement pour le rafraichir, car exposé au soleil et à la chaleur l'après midi.

CALME ET SERENITE

Logement conforme à la description dans un cadre très agréable et très tranquille. L'habitation est parfaite et conforme à notre attente. Le jardin arboré est superbe. Oasis de verdure et tranquillité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte Stibiden. Le site est vraiment très sympa, il y a beaucoup de plantes et d arbres qui offrent de l’ombre et de la fraîcheur. La piscine avec sa plage en bois, ses transats et ses parasols est très appréciable après de chaudes balades. Le gîte en lui même est neuf, très propre, la literie est bonne et la cuisine bien équipée. Les vélos à disposition fonctionnent très bien et sont utilisables à partir de 1,45m. Pour les moins de 1,40m il est possible de louer des vélos à un professionnel très sympathique juste en face du carrefour contact. Sur toute la presqu’île il y a beaucoup de chemins pour les vélos (un plan est disponible dans les offices de tourisme). On peut aller par exemple aux marais salants de Saint Armel, au château de Suscino…. On peut également faire une jolie balade jusqu’à la pointe de Penvins où il y a des supers plages et un bon resto. Nous avons également été séduit par le village de Le tour du parc avec sa très bonne boulangerie, son petit marché du dimanche matin, sa bibliothèque ouverte à tous ( mardi, samedi et dimanche matin de 10h à 12h) et ses ostréiculteurs. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu à tout ceux qui veulent éviter la foule de la pointe de la presqu’île de Rhuys. Et nous recommandons encore plus le mois de juin à ceux qui peuvent prendre des vacances à cette période: les guides ont du temps, on ne fait pas de queue, il y a de la place pour les visites et sur la plage. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner bientôt.

Die Angst des Vermieters vor dem Mieter

Die Anreise verlief skeptisch wegen der kurzfristigen Einforderung einer äußerst hohen Kaution (bar oder Überweisung, nicht im Inserat angegeben!), die wir nach telefonischer Rückfrage mit FeWo keinesfalls entrichten sollten, was dem Vermieter auch mitgeteilt wurde. Trotzdem wurde das bei unserer Ankunft zum Thema, die Unfreundlichkeit der Agentin wuchs dabei zusehends. Den Vermieter selbst haben wir nicht kennengelernt. Mit einem fünfseitigen eng beschriebenen Maßnahmenkatalog (englisch) und einer unglaublichen Inventarliste (französisch), die zu unterzeichnen waren, wurden wir als mögliche Löffeldiebe und Vandalen zurückgelassen. Man atmet tief durch und schleppt diese Ungemütlichkeit durch die ganze Woche. Den Flair bretonischer Häuser findet man hier nicht. Was an der Einrichtung ökologisch ist, geschweige denn die hohe Kaution rechtfertigt, bleibt unklar. Der Star der gepflegten Anlage ist zweifelsohne der Pool. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig, geräumig, aber wegen der dichten Hecken etwas dunkel. Den 80er-Retrolook muss man mögen. Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig, allerdings ohne Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Tabs und ähnliche Kleinigkeiten. Nach drei gestreamten Filmen ging ab dem vierten Tag das Internet nicht mehr kostenfrei, wir haben darauf verzichtet. Dadurch, dass wir keine Kaution entrichtet hatten, konnten wir einem vorreglementierten Abreisezeitpunkt mit verbundenem Stubendurchgang entgehen, nicht ohne gründliche Reinigung natürlich. Urlaub hat immer auch mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre zu tun. Regularien, Forderungen und Überprüfungen tragen nicht dazu bei. Willkommenskultur geht anders. Die Bretagne ist ein wundervoller Landstrich und bietet in jedem Fall andere viel freundlichere Unterkünfte.

Schöne Anlage aber zum wohlfühlen hat einiges nicht gepasst

Der Garten und Poolbereich sind sehr schön und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gab es auch einige Sachen, die uns nicht gefallen haben: - erst zwei Tage vor Anreise wurden wir über die sehr hohe Kaution informiert, die Bar gezahlt werden musste - die Wohnung war nicht besonders sauber (Bettlaken hatte Flecken, Aprikosenkern hinter Sofakissen, Dreck in den Ecken, Erschlagenen Moskitos an den Wänden) - 6 Seiten mit Regeln und Verboten mussten unterschrieben werden sowie ein mehrseitige Auflistung des Inventars - trotz Endreinigung, die wir zahlen mussten, mussten wir die Wohnung durchsaugen und die Betten selber beziehen und abziehen Alles in allem haben wir uns nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Schöne, ruhige Häuser

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr schön angelegt, der Pool ist wunderbar und die Häuser sind auch schön. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und zugleich kann man mit dem Auto viele, schöne Ausflüge machen. Leider sind Hunde nicht mehr erlaubt - ansosnten würden wir gerne noch einmal kommen.

Idyllic little retreat

Really a lovely property with everything you need, in a lovely setting and with a wonderful pool area. The location is great with lots to do nearby and some amazing beaches. Having use of bikes on the property was a real bonus as it was great being able to cycle to the local boulangerie rather than having to drive.

Tranquilité et confort

Location intérieure et extérieure très bien équipée. les règles d'hygiène sont bien mis en place par le propriétaire. Tout est fait pour passer d'agrèables vacances. Situation géographique idéale pour promenades à pied et en vélo. Entourée par la nature , quelques moustiques peuvent nous rendre visite . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants .
