About this property

♥️PEPITE♥️ In the heart of Le Pouliguen, just steps from the market and the harbor, 5 minutes from the beach.

  • Ideally located 50 metres from the Avenue de Gaulle and all its shops, while being set back in a very quiet street, you can do absolutely everything on foot (beaches at 300m, shops nearby, bakeries, market at 100m).
Decorated with care, once you have passed the door, you can only feel at home and enjoy your stay in La Baule.
On the first level, you will find a great living room with open kitchen fully equipped and furnished, a living room with panoramic sofa, a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs, the spiral staircase will lead you to the master suite (queen size bed) with adjoining shower room (Italian shower). Another sleeping area with a futon on the floor (queen size) can accommodate 2 additional beds at this level.
Enjoy the comfort of this tastefully renovated apartment in the centre of La Baule, while being nestled in a quiet dead end street!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage
