A éviter ! Un problème chaudière annoncé 2 jours avant l’arrivée peut tout à fait s’entendre, aucune réponse aux messages tél & sms le jour J, non ! Ni écho du propriétaire, ni de la personne accueillante qui n’était d’ailleurs pas présente comme promis. Petit suspens qui met dans l’ambiance vacances durant tout le trajet. Autre surprise : toilettes d’étage non fonctionnelles. Sympathique découverte après usage … . Après une vague recherche de robinets, suivi de conduites depuis le garage, … guidés par les sms du propriétaire qui donne signe de vie à … 23h30 - puis plus personne - nous avons trouvé la solution seuls 2 jours plus tard en explorant le réseau électrique. Clé de baie manquante, ménage … chacun ses notions. Quant aux équipements en général, bricolés, repeints … , de 30 ans d’âge à minima. Le lave-vaisselle devrait quant à lui bientôt pouvoir fêter ses 40 ans. Mini salle de bain inondable, pour 7 ???!!!, éclairage électrocutant, … etc, etc. Prévoir également un casque anti poutres … . Petit bonus, le voisin qui dixit « ne supporte plus les Airbnb » (Abritel non plus donc). Il s’en est excusé à notre départ. Comprenne qui peut ???. Bref, petite maison proche mer qui pourrait être agréable si le propriétaire n’était pas un marchand d’illusions, qui, probablement conscient des améliorations à apporter nous a proposé un arrangement financier que nous allons probablement attendre longtemps. Félicitations ABRITEL !

charmante maison très bien située

une petite maison au calme très bien placée au Pouliguen, arrivée très bien organisée via la sympathique personne de confiance du propriétaire, maison très propre, facile à vivre et très bien équipée notamment en électroménager. le chauffage est efficace, gros radiateurs faciles à gérer avec thermostat. nous étions 4 puis 5, ce qui est à mon avis bien suffisant puisqu'il n'y a qu'une seule salle de douche. un bémol le wc type sanibroyeur dans le cabinet de toilette de la chambre à l'étage, peu pratique et un peu odorant. un souci de coffre de volet roulant occasionnant un gros courant d'air nous a gênés, nous avons bricolé une solution. le propriétaire a été smart proposant une compensation. en conclusion une semaine très agréable dans cette maison.

Très agréable maison

Maison très agréable et bien située à quelques minutes de la plage. La maison est davantage pour 5 personnes que pour 7. Excellents contacts avec le propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueillis.

Description conforme à la maison, attention pour les grands et corpulents, certaines pièces notamment les salles d'eau très petites ! maison idéalement située.

Bon week-end gâché par une mauvaise description du logement

Nous avons globalement passé un très bon séjour mais malheureusement gâché par une mauvaise description du logement. 7 couchages signifie pour nous 7 places adulte.. Et non 6 couchage plus un lit parapluie !! De plus deux salle de bain signifie deux pièces avec douche ou baignoire et non un WC avec vasque !!
