Village house on 2 levels. 1st floor: kitchen, living room, bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm). Garden on the ground floor of the cottage, not directly accessible from the inside. Communal parking in front of the apartment. This cottage has been carefully renovated by the family, blending old-world charm with modern comforts. A warm atmosphere features exposed beams and tasteful decor. Spacious rooms feature furniture tastefully redesigned by the passionate owner. A small private garden is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Apartment in the heart of the village of Le Pontet, in the Vallée des Huiles. Located at the foot of the Bellesonnes massif, the cottage offers immediate access to hiking and mountain biking trails in summer. In winter, the Collet resort is 31 km away. At the gateway to the Maurienne valley, the apartment is located at the foot of major cycling passes: the Col du Grand Cucheron (6 km) and the Col de la Madeleine (50 km). Shops and services are accessible within 14 km.
