Appartement neuf au rez de chaussée. situé au coeur de Le Palais disposant d'une terrasse aménagée, proche des commodités et des plages.  
Cet appartement comprend:   
\- Un séjour (27m²) avec un canapé convertible 140 x 190 cm.  
\- Une cuisine aménagée ouverte avec ilot central, équipée d'un four traditionnel, plaque induction, réfrigérateur-freezer, lave vaisselle, four micro-onde, grille pain, bouilloire et cafetière nespresso.  
\- Une chambre (11.6 m²) avec un lit 140 x 190 cm.  
\- Une salle d'eau (6.3 m²) avec douche large, lavabo, WC et lave linge.  
  
L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse de 11.5 m² aménagée avec fauteuils, table et chaises donnant sur un espace vert commun. parking à proximité. Pas de réseau wifi/téléphone accessibles pour le moment.

#### Appartement neuf, bien équipé mais sans réseau cellulaire dans l’appartement.

L’appartement est neuf et bien équipé. Personnellement on s’y sent cependant un peu enfermé. L’annonce (initialement sur abriter) précisait qu’il n’y avait pas de wifi, mais elle ne mentionnait pas qu’il n’y avait pas de réseau cellulaire non plus ! Il faut sortir sur la terrasse peut maigrement re envoie en 3 G des messages ou appels téléphoniques. Pour cette raison, l’expérience ne s’est pas vraiment conclue satisfaisante, pour un prix réglé somme tout important.
