- Une salle d'eau avec douche, sèche cheveux, lavabo, lave linge et WC.

A l'étage (accès par une échelle de meunier) :
- Une chambre en mezzanine avec 1 lit en 140 X 190 cm (mansardée).

Parking juste en face à 10 m.
Cet appartement est idéalement situé à 1 km du port de Le Palais et des commerces, (15 mn à pied), et à 50 m de la plage. Vous pouvez séjourner à Belle Ile sans votre véhicule.

Vraiment pas terrible

Studio très bien situé, mais mal conçu. Espace bain/toilettes particulièrement exigu (tout en longueur). Vivable pour deux personnes seulement; en effet, on voit mal comment deux autres personnes (même une) pourraient dormir sur le vieux canapé à disposition. On trouve bien mieux sur l'île.

Pour un petit séjour, appartement suffisant

Très bonne localisation avec l'accès à la plage et la vue sur le port de palais. Lit en assez mauvais état, aspirateur non fonctionnel (saletés et odeurs qui en sorte). Espace salle de bain/toilettes restreint, peu de passage. Salle de jeux enfants collée à l'appartement, seuls bruits dérangeant sinon ça va. Assez propre sinon. Pour avoir testé d'autres appartements sur belle ile, il y a beaucoup mieux😄

Location propre et bien tenue. il serait bien de penser ajouter un balai pour laver le sol
