Mon hôte ne me répondant plus, nous avons été relogés à l'hôtel. Très bien. Cependant, on me dit de renvoyer ma facture et c'est une vrai galère. Je n'y parviens pas et personne ne m'aide. J'ai à faire à des personnes qui ne comprennent pas bien et me renseignent très mal. Ce n'est pas normal. D'autre part, cela n'aurait jamais dû arriver puisque j'ai appeler plusieurs fois votre plateforme avant le séjour et Abritel n'a pas été capable d'appeler le 2ème numéro de l'hôte. Celui-ci étant décédé, il ne pouvait pas répondre mais son épouse aurait répondu. Il ne manque rien sauf un peu plus de lumière, il fait trop sombre à l'intérieur. Belle île vaut vraiment le déplacement même sous les nuages.
