Avoid the overpriced breakfast, fill your water bottle with the free water and walk 10 minutes then you have all the cafes you need. Excellent location opposite the exit from Eurostar. Good shower, comfy beds (even the camp ones we needed) Main issue was the AC, no cool air at all. The room was very hot.
