### Superb studio terrace swimming pool parking

LE LAGOON BLEU - In a luxury residence with swimming pools, elevator, private and secure parking, double cabin studio on the ground floor composed at the entrance of a double bed and 2 bunk beds, bathroom, separate toilet , living room with kitchen area, BZ sofa and storage cupboard, opening onto the pool view terrace.  
All amenities are nearby and within walking distance: beaches, shops, town center, leisure activities.  
Pool open from June 1 to September 15, 2025  
Every day (except Tuesdays) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  
  
A €400 deposit via credit card imprint will be required before your stay. Pets not allowed - Tourist tax extra  
  
NOT PROVIDED: household linen, consumables (cleaning products)
