The residence features a private communal swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th, as well as secure parking with an electric gate. This fully renovated 21 m² studio apartment is located on the raised ground floor and benefits from air conditioning. A very pleasant, renovated apartment with a terrace, air conditioning, and access to the swimming pool. It includes an entrance hall with a large closet, a living room with two 140 cm sofa beds (click-clack) and a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a ceramic hob, large refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, dishes, and cooking utensils, a washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The quiet, 10 m² terrace is furnished with garden furniture and awnings.
