Just 100 m from the beach and 50 m from shops and restaurants. This beautiful, fully renovated, air-conditioned studio is located on the 2nd floor of the upscale residence "L'Escale Port," which features a private communal swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th. Enjoy pleasant views of the marina, the pool, and the garden from the 7 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture, a deck chair, and blinds. The apartment includes: An entrance hall with a large closet. A living room with a kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, a large refrigerator, a multi-function oven, and a microwave. A lounge area with a large flat-screen TV and a multi-position coffee table. Comfortable new bedding: a 140 cm fold-down bed and two 90 cm sofa beds. A bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
