The entrance has 2 bunk beds (190x90 cm). The living room includes a convertible sofa (140x200), an equipped kitchen with washing machine, a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and wardrobe, a bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet, and a loggia facing southeast with no direct neighbors. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a powerful ceiling fan with multiple speeds in the living room. A travel cot for babies is provided. A private closed garage in the basement is available, as well as a mountain bike. The residence is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Pétanque courts and a library are also available. More photos can be provided upon request. Rental is weekly only during the summer period, from Sunday to Sunday to facilitate arrivals and departures, and for a minimum of 2 nights the rest of the year. The residence pool is open from June to September.
