Separate WC with hand basin. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single 90cm beds. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. Terrace with garden furniture opening directly onto a private quay measuring 3 x 12.50 m (nice marina view). Comfortable marina designed for 4 to 6 people. Property managed by a professional.
