This dual-aspect and well-appointed apartment comprises: An entrance hall with storage A bright living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and a flat-screen TV area An open, fully equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor fan, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker. A master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a large closet/wardrobe. A separate cabin, ideal for children, with two bunk beds (90 cm). A bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. The living room leads to a beautiful furnished terrace with garden furniture and an awning, offering breathtaking views of the beach and the sea.
