This comfortable studio is located on the ground floor of a recent seaside residence, Château Leenhardt, with direct access to the beach through the garden. Situated in the heart of the village, in a quiet and sought-after area, everything is within walking distance: shops, markets (downtown and Boucanet), restaurants, tapas bars, cinema…

Enjoy unobstructed views of the sea, the Aigues-Mortes bay, and La Grande-Motte from the northwest-facing terrace—perfect for admiring stunning sunsets.

Fixed double bed (160 cm) — no sofa bed

Open, fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, etc.

Bathroom with shower and toilet
