ALL COMFORT located on the 1st floor without elevator, Including: Pleasant living room with an open kitchen fully equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, large refrigerator / freezer, a microwave, an electric oven, a dishwasher, electric coffee maker, dishes and kitchen utensils. Lounge area, large flat screen TV, sofa bed 140 x 190 cm (very comfortable new bedding) A separate bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed giving access to the terrace with beautiful sea view, Cupboard / storage. Nice bathroom with shower, washing machine, WC Pleasant terrace with garden furniture, relaxation, North/East exposure. A private parking space closed by an electric barrier.
