"Charvin n°4" is a 53 m² apartment for 6 people with a southwest orientation, located on the 2nd floor of a 5-unit building. It offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Your children can enjoy the outdoor games in the shared garden. Apartment location: - 900 m from the center of Grand-Bornand Village - 400 m from the downhill ski slopes - 20 m from the cross-country ski trails - 50 m from the free shuttle stop - 1000 m from the bus station. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in a garage. Cleaning is either done by the guest or can be booked in advance. Sheets and towels are not provided. A cot and high chair are available upon request from the local agency. Check-in from 4:00 PM - Check-out before 10:00 AM. You will be contacted by the local agency regarding payment of the mandatory tourist tax and booking the cleaning service. \* \*To be booked 7 days before your arrival and subject to availability. Kitchen: kitchenette. Kitchen equipment: 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 200-liter refrigerator. Living room: 18 m², 1 double sofa bed.
