Chalet Happyview is an OVO Network property. The OVO Network team’s opinion - With 8 bedrooms and 11 beds, there's plenty of room for everyone at this superb chalet, which is set over three main floors (max capacity of 15 people). A swimming pool, gym, home cinema and sauna will be waiting for you at this lavishly restored chalet after a wonderful day exploring the Aravis mountains. Note: children MUST be supervised by adults when using the home cinema. The sauna and gym equipments are available to guests over 16. The wonderful well-being area is on the first floor - there's a shower and a sauna room, opening on to a sunny terrace with a year-round, concealed pool. The 'mazot' or storage room in the garden has been converted into a gym, where you can work out in privacy. The impressive main living area is on the second floor, where it makes the most of the views and access to the garden. A huge three-sided sofa surrounds an open fire, for cosy nights in, and there's a huge dining table where everyone can sit down and eat together. Picture windows flood this floor with light, and open on to a furnished covered terrace, where you can enjoy coffee and soak up the view. PLEASE NOTE that the maximum occupancy of the property is 15 people. In accordance with the fire safety regulations, the property complies with the provisions of the January 31, 1986 decree (later amended) for residential buildings. Therefore, although the property has beds for 20 people, the maximum occupancy of the chalet must not exceed 15 in order for it to comply with the provisions of the decree of 22 June 1990 related to establishments that provide public access. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. IMPORTANT: The sauna and gym equipment is accessible only to guests over 16 years old. Children have to be under adults supervision in the home cinema. For security reasons, external cameras are installed at the chalet (entrance/wellness area). PLEASE NOTE that the maximum occupancy of the property is 15 people. In accordance with the fire safety regulations, the property complies with the provisions of the January 31, 1986 decree (later amended) for residential buildings. Therefore, although the property has beds for 23 people, the maximum occupancy of the chalet must not exceed 15 in order for it to comply with the provisions of the decree of 22 June 1990 related to establishments that provide public access. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. The property is spacious and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was exceptional and made the trip for all of us. The cooking facilities and equipment were fantastic and we had plenty of everything else. The home cinema was used and adored by the children, and passed the time in the evenings before bed. The showers were amazing and we appreciated having one in each bedroom. The pool was perfect for the children and was constantly in use. Access was a little difficult but had no real trouble. The gravel part of the track up to the chalet became slippery in the snow. Access to the chalet isn’t well directed on navigation apps. The one downside was property management as we needed a daily housekeeper given the property and we had to hire people ourselves. For a chalet of this standing we were surprised about the lack of services and attention. We would have of course paid for it all but were told no on many occasions. We are used to rent high rent properties and were disappointed by the service and property management but the chalet was outstanding and perfect for a large group ##### thomas b. La personne qui s’occupe de la gestion du chalet est très serviable et efficace. Attention toutefois : l’accès au chalet peut être compliqué en cas de fortes chutes de neige.
