Coconr Agency offers this charming 120 m² chalet in Le Grand-Bornand, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located in the old village of Chinaillon, it offers superb mountain views and walking access to the ski slopes. You will have access to Wi-Fi, cleaning service, and 4\* hotel-quality linens (sheets, towels, dish towels). Your beds will be made upon arrival for a peaceful stay.  
  
The accommodation consists of:  
\- A large 50 m² living room with television and fireplace (wood provided)  
\- A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Three bedrooms with double beds (140x190)  
\- One bedroom with a Sofa bed  
\- Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub  
\- Two separate toilets  
  
For families, additional equipment is available: high chair and cot.  
  
Outside:  
You will enjoy a garden of approximately 400 m² and a furnished terrace, ideal for sunny days.  
  
Location:  
The chalet is ideally located in the old village of Chinaillon (Le Grand-Bornand), in a picturesque and pleasant setting. All essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the local market, are in the immediate vicinity.  
The chalet is located 2 km from the ski slopes, 900 m from the village of Chinaillon, and 500 m from the shuttle bus stop.
