The chalet style was very in keeping with the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming and most helpful. The only niggling area of concern relates to the buffet breakfast. The cold meats and cheese were not covered and were susceptible to a few flies present in the room. Nous sommes resté une nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous avons dû payer 43euros supplémentaire parce que nous étions deux alors que la chambre était déjà à 132euros et rien n'avait été indiqué sur ce supplément. Les taxes de séjour nous ont été facturé 2.3euros fois 2 alors que c'était indiqué 1.5euros par personne. Le personnel n'a pas voulu reconnaître son manque de clarté, nous nous sommes senti léser étant devant le fait accompli. L'hôtel n'a pas pas voulu reconnaître ses tords et a remis la faute sur Hotel.com et le groupe best western. L'hôtel est très vieillot, le service ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai pu rencontrer lors de mes nombreux séjours au sein du groupe. We stayed in a 4-person room with king bed and twin bunk (bunk was in additional space, no separate divider, but provided more room for everyone). Really nice and comfortable. Our room had a double-door to front porch with chairs so we could sit outside and enjoy the view. This is not a super fancy hotel, but extremely comfortable, decorated with rustic mountain elegance — it reminded us of Vail. Great location in middle of town. Just perfect for our needs. The hotel has a really nice semi-covered pool and hot tub.
