Malgré tout quelques points négatifs comme l'isolation acoustique très faible, on entend la douche et la chasse d'eau des voisins. Le chauffage est aussi un peu limite les jours où il fait froid. La salle d'eau est juste en taille mais équipée d'une belle douche très fonctionnelle. La TV a cessé de fonctionner sans savoir pourquoi et sans réussir à la reconnecter.
