In the heart of the Crotoy resort, we offer a house independent cottage of 65 sqm completely renovated and quiet: "The rose of the sands". For 4 people(up to 6 people with sleeping on convertible) and on two levels (ground floor and 1st floor) you will find a very qualitative universe for your comfort. At your disposal : On the ground floor : Fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer / microwave / dishwasher, etc .....) Living room (sofa bed), bathroom with shower, WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) and 1 bedroom (2 beds 80 x 200) Courtyard (25 m²): Awning / Garden furniture / Barbecue / Chaise Longue Equipment and services: washing machine, dishwasher, Baby equipment (cot and high chair) WI-FI etc ... Household products are made available and renewable by you. Thanks to its proximity to all amenities; shops, the port (4/5 min walk), bike paths and about 40m walk from the beach; the car is no longer necessary once installed, at home, all done on foot! You will be close to the ornithological park of Marquenterre, of the ancient medieval city of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, sandy beaches of Quend and Fort-Mahon, cliffs of Ault-Onival and Tréport; or the gardens of Valloires and its Abbey, which can only illustrate the simplicity and tranquility of our Picardy region. The town of Crotoy is two hours from Paris, 40 minutes from Amiens and 2 hours from Belgium. It is served by the A16 motorway, the SNCF (railway station or Rue Noyelles) and the railway of the Bay of Somme. So, do not hesitate any more and let our address seduce you during a stay that will guarantee you the change of scenery. Non smoking cottage. No pets allowed. Weekly rates: Our rates are degressive, according to the seasons. Minimum 2 consecutive nights. 250 euros Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday! outside school holidays). A deposit of 80% of the rent will be required upon booking as a deposit refunded at the end of the stay after the inventory of places of exit. The amount of the stay is to be paid upon arrival. L'annonce précise 3 chambres, or il n'y en a que 2\. Propriétaire très sympathique.
