This charming villa with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean has been completely renovated in 2017. Roc'h Avel is classified as a 3-star "Meublé de Tourisme" = "very comfortable, well equipped and stylish decor".

Located on the wild coast at the end of the peninsula of Croisic, Roc'h Avel enjoys an exceptional location, facing the ocean, on the rocky plateau of the Côte Sauvage, 2,5km from the city center du Croisic: all shops, restaurants and bars, two markets a week, fishing port and marina

The coastal path, just in front of the villa, crossing the road, will allow you to discover the Wild Coast, its numerous creeks and small beaches. An unforgettable place, ideal for walks, rockfishing and fishing on foot (oysters and wild mussels, shrimps, periwinkles ...).

Our villa for 8 people. It is not dividing with a double exposure sea and campaign with a garden sported, closed of 500m2 in the sun, without person opposite giving on a vast pasture with horses and sheep. We put at your disposal garden furniture for 8 people, umbrellas, barbecue.

About 120 m2 completely renovated in 2017 organized around 2 apartments, with independent entrances, connected by the internal staircase.

On the floor, the 1st apartment of 70 m2 is composed:
- a living room of 35 m2 overlooking a large terrace with a panoramic sea view comprising on one side a lounge area with TV and on the other a fully equipped open kitchen with an electric oven, a induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher, Nespresso machine, traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you'll need to cook
 - 2 rooms overlooking the garden: a room of 11 m2 with double bed 160x200 cm (duvet 260x240 cm and 2 pillows 65x65 cm) and a room of 9 m2 with double bed 140x200 cm (duvet 240x220 cm and 2 pillows of 65x65 cm).
- a modern bathroom with bath and double sink, toilet, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer.

On the ground floor, the 2nd apartment of 50 m2 consists of:
 - a living room of 20 m2, opening onto the garden (access with 4 steps) with an open kitchen equipped with an electric stove with oven and ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a machine to wash, a traditional coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster.
- 2 rooms with sea view: a room of 11 m2 with double bed 160x200 cm (duvet 260x240 cm and 2 pillows 65x65 cm) and a room of 9m2 with 2 twin beds 80 cm (2 duvets 140x200cm and 2 pillows of 65x65 cm),
 - a modern shower room with a walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rail and a separate toilet with a hand basin

We lend the basic equipment for a baby: cot, high chair, changing mat, mixer, toys and crockery.
