Facing Valentin Beach In a quiet residence located on the tip of the Fort de la Barrière, facing Valentin beach, this approximately 45 m² apartment is situated on the 1st floor (with elevator) and comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room opening onto a south-facing terrace overlooking the sea (2 sun loungers, 1 table and chairs), an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, filter coffee maker, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge/freezer), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
