You can park in front of the house or in the garden. Everything is within walking distance; the train station is just 11 minutes away, where you can also rent bikes.
This new house offers all the comfort you need for a great holiday! It features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 4 toilets.
The living area is spacious. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom (accessible for guests with reduced mobility) with a private bathroom and toilet. Additional shared toilets and a laundry room are also on this level.
Upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each with direct access from the bedrooms on either side), and 2 toilets on the landing.
Enjoy the terrace with a barbecue/plancha.
Everything is close by: the beach and park are 4 minutes away, the port and shops 15 minutes, and the supermarket and TGV station 10 minutes. The sailing school is a 20-minute walk along the coast, and the 9-hole golf course is 5 minutes by car. Many local activities are available.
